Meghan Markle’s relative is allegedly threatening to release her secrets, home videos, and intimate photos if she won’t pay $1.5 million.

According to National Enquirer, Markle’s relative threatened Prince Harry’s as well. The unnamed relative allegedly told the Duke of Sussex that if he wants to protect his wife, he needs to pay up. Otherwise, damaging information about the former royal will be exposed.

Since Prince Harry is very protective of his wife, Markle’s relative is convinced that he would agree to pay the huge sum of money.

However, another source said that it’s unlikely for Prince Harry to shell out such a huge amount without consulting his lawyers or the authorities.

“How low does someone have to be to blackmail a prince and betray your own flesh and blood?” the source said.

Before joining the royal family, Prince Harry was allegedly aware of Markle’s dark past. And he tried to sweep all negative information about the Duchess of Sussex.

“Meghan’s not the squeaky-clean bride the royal family hoped for. They launched an all-out campaign to whitewash any traces of boozing, binge eating, affairs, and plastic surgery,” the source said.

At the end of the day, Prince Harry is allegedly feeling troubled over everything that’s come out about his wife.

“It doesn’t bear thinking about what’s still untold – and the sordid secrets being held over him if he doesn’t pay,” the source said.

However, one should take the claims made by the tabloid with a grain of salt. Markle doesn’t have a relative that threatened the Sussexes to pay $1.5 million.

But Markle’s relatives have been very vocal about their frustrations with the Suits alum. The Duchess of Sussex’s dad, Thomas Markle Sr., and her half-siblings have been encouraging her to make amends.

During his interview with Good Morning Britain, Thomas revealed that Markle ghosted him after he posed for a series of fake photographs for Daily Mail.

The former lighting director acknowledged the fact that what he did was wrong. However, Thomas doesn’t think that his punishment didn’t fit the “crime” that he committed.

During his interview with Daily Mail, Thomas also revealed that he already apologized to Prince Harry.

“I did a few things wrong and said a few things I should not have said. But some of the royals have done far worse things. There are convicts in prisons who have murdered and committed all kinds of horrible crimes, and their daughters still visit them,” he said.
