Prince Andrew, allegedly, ruined Princess Beatrice’s royal wedding simply by attending the event.

According to In Touch Weekly, the Duke of York’s attendance caused a stir among Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s guests.

Following the nuptials, royal fans also kept talking about the fact that Prince Andrew wasn’t featured in the official wedding photos and not about how beautiful Princess Beatrice looked on her special day.

An unnamed source told the tabloid that Princess Beatrice decided to push through with her royal wedding because she already canceled it once. Back then, the royal, allegedly, canceled her nuptials because of the scandal that her dad was involved in.

“She’d already canceled her wedding more than once because of the sex trafficking scandal surrounding her father, Prince Andrew. She didn’t want to wait any longer to marry Edo,” the source said.

The insider said that the Duke of York still played an important role at the wedding. He walked his eldest daughter down the aisle at Windsor Castle.

“But Beatrice couldn’t fully enjoy her big day because of this black cloud hovering over the family because of her father,” the source said.

While speaking with Express, royal press secretary Dickie Arbiter said that there’s a tragic reason why Prince Andrew wasn’t featured in the official wedding photos. He said that the move is an indication of how far the Duke of York has fallen.

However, it is important to note that Prince Andrew might have still posed for photos with Princess Beatrice and Mozzi. However, these photos weren’t released to the public and will just be displayed inside the royal family’s homes.

Meanwhile, Prince Andrew is still embroiled in a major controversy. He was previously linked to the late sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein, and the latter’s former madam, Ghislaine Maxwell.

Sarah Ferguson’s ex-husband was accused of sexually abusing underage girls. And one of his alleged victims, Virginia Roberts Giuffre shared details about their previous encounters.

While speaking with BBC, Giuffre described her intimate encounters with Prince Andrew. She said that they were brief and disgusting.

“He wasn’t mean or anything. He got up and said thanks and walked out. I sat there in bed and felt ashamed and dirty. I just didn’t expect it from royalty. I didn’t expect it from someone people look up to and admire in the royal family,” she said last year.

Prince Andrew has since denied the allegations.
