Casandra “Cassie” Ventura testified this week in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal sex trafficking trial, describing years of coercive, drug-fueled sexual encounters she said left her humiliated, physically overwhelmed, and emotionally numb.

“I was expected to have freak offs on my period,” Ventura told jurors in Manhattan federal court. “Sean would expect it. I don’t think anyone wants to do that.”

Testifying under oath, Ventura described how Combs introduced the concept of voyeurism early in their relationship, and said she was 22 years old when she participated in her first “freak-off.” She said the event took place at one of Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and involved a male escort who was paid to dance and have sex with her. She testified she took ecstasy and drank alcohol before the encounter and wore a masquerade mask at Combs’ direction.

“There is not a whole lot of control you have with two men standing over you peeing,” Ventura said, describing an incident where both Combs and an escort urinated on her. “I thought it was obvious I didn’t want to do it.”

When asked if she wanted the escort to urinate on her, Ventura replied, “No. But there was no conversation. It was a turn-on for (Combs), so it happened.”

“I was squeamish, high and in the moment with this man, so that’s what happened,” she continued. “Sean would urinate in my mouth — not super often but often enough.”

Ventura testified she was “choking” because there was “too much urine in my mouth,” and said she did not want to be on the ground being urinated on. “It was obvious I didn’t want to be on the ground being urinated on by two men,” she told the jury.

She also said that after the freak-offs concluded, she was left to clean the rooms, which were “usually covered in blood and urine.”

Ventura testified she took multiple drugs to endure the events, including Special K, GHB, mushrooms, cocaine, ecstasy, and Molly. She said she wanted the encounters to stop, that she felt humiliated, and had no one to talk to about it. She said she gently broached the subject with Combs but did not want to anger him.

According to her testimony, the freak-offs took place in Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Atlanta, Ibiza, and at times in hotels or in homes belonging to either Ventura or Combs.

She also described supplies used during the encounters, including Astroglide, condoms, and Johnson’s Baby Oil. She said Combs told her to use baby oil so she would be “glistening.” Ventura recounted one instance in which she got into a kiddie pool filled with baby oil at a hotel at Combs’ request.

Ventura testified that Craigslist was used, at least early on, to find male escorts for the freak-offs.

She said that during some of the sessions, when an escort ejaculated on her, Diddy would want it placed on his body in another room, including on his nipples. She testified that she did not want to do this.

On Monday, jurors were shown surveillance video of Combs beating and kicking Ventura in a hotel elevator lobby in 2016. Assistant U.S. Attorney Emily Johnson described Combs in her opening statement as “the mastermind behind a vast criminal enterprise he used to allegedly lure in women, drug them and force them to have sex.”

Combs, who was arrested in September 2024, has pleaded not guilty to five counts, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. If convicted, he could face life in prison. He remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Complex in Brooklyn.

In her opening statement, defense attorney Teny Geragos said any sexual acts between Combs and Ventura were consensual and emphasized that Ventura stayed with Combs for more than a decade.

Throughout Ventura’s graphic testimony, Combs reportedly stared at the jury. Members of his family in the courtroom remained unfazed.
