In a series of impassioned posts on Truth Social, former President Donald Trump launched a scathing attack on Judge Arthur F. Engoron, accusing him of bias and misconduct in the ongoing fraud trial. Trump's outburst comes amid allegations that the judge has been making decisions to deliberately harm him and his family.

Trump's posts, shared on Thursday, November 2, labeled Engoron a "fraudster" and alleged that the judge had made "numerous mistakes" throughout the trial. The former President accused Engoron of acting out of personal animosity, stating, "He is just doing this out of his personal 'Hatred of TRUMP,' his love of the publicity that this case is getting him, & his lack of respect for the Appeals Court."

Further intensifying his criticism, Trump described Engoron as a "wacko" who is "having a great time endlessly sanctioning, fining, & pushing around TRUMP." He emphasized the impact on his family, stating that the judge is "Hurting my very good children, & working to damage & defame me for purposes of Interfering with the 2024 Presidential Election."

The crux of the case revolves around allegations brought forward by New York Attorney General Letitia James. She has sued Trump, his adult sons, and the Trump Organization for $250 million, accusing them of misrepresenting the value of properties and other assets in financial documents. Judge Engoron subsequently found them liable for fraud.

In a subsequent post, Trump also took aim at the media, particularly outlets he deems as "Fake News," for their portrayal of the trial. He claimed that the media's reporting of the "Biden Opponent Trial" was "disgraceful" and alleged that they were not presenting the "TRUTH."

The former President's daughter, Ivanka Trump, is slated to testify in court on Wednesday, November 8. Her testimony is highly anticipated, as she is expected to be the final witness in this high-profile trial. This decision has reportedly infuriated Trump, who expressed his dismay on Truth Social earlier this week. He wrote, "My daughter, Ivanka, was released from this Fake Letitia James case by the Court of Appeals, but this Trump Hating, Unhinged Judge, who ruled me guilty before this Witch Hunt Trial even started, couldn’t care less about the fact that he was overturned."

Trump's posts reflect his deep-seated belief in his innocence and his conviction that the trial is politically motivated. He concluded one of his posts by stating, "I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me."
