Amid the looming possibility of the Biden-Harris administration seeking re-election in 2024, public anxiety is rising over Vice President Kamala Harris's potential takeover, given President Joe Biden's advancing age.

Fox News' Tom Shillue shared his observations on The Big Weekend Show, expressing a lack of surprise due to the relatively limited support Harris had received from the voters. "We knew Kamala Harris wasn't particularly a favorite among voters. Her support was always on the lower side. Even after her aggressive critique of Joe Biden, he still chose her as his vice president," Shillue stated.

Once in office, many expected Harris to grow into her role, but Shillue pointed out the opposite. "Rather than improving, she's regressed. In the past, she had a childish way of addressing kids, now she's adopted the same tone with adults. I'm unsure about her approach, but I can't help but think her presidency would mirror Biden's," he added.

While Shillue expressed his reservations, co-host Anita Vogel lauded Harris's impressive career path but also addressed a recurring concern. "Undeniably, Harris has had a distinguished career. She holds a law degree from UC Hastings, has served as a district attorney in Alameda, California, and in the city and county of San Francisco. As the first African-American woman to serve as California attorney general and later a senator, she has a remarkable track record. And now she is vice president. Despite all her achievements, her presence in front of cameras and audiences raises questions," said Vogel.

Vogel emphasized a noticeable shift in Harris's public appearances, without offering a concrete explanation. "It's hard to understand what happens to her in the public eye, given her accomplished background."

The discussion was capped off with a suggestion by co-host Haines, who was uncertain whether Harris's awkward public appearances resulted from her deviating from her script or an ineffective speechwriter.

Haines concluded, "If she's improvising, she needs to stick to the script. If the problem lies with her speechwriter, they should consider a replacement. Considering she's two years into her term, her image should be more carefully managed."
