Scheana Shay has confirmed her intention to participate in the "Vanderpump Rules" Season 10 reunion taping, even though co-star Raquel Leviss holds a restraining order against her. Shay's attorney, Neama Rahmani, informed Page Six on Thursday that she plans to be present at the reunion taping, adding, "Scheana intends to follow the law, but she wants to be part of the reunion."

Rahmani explained that if Leviss attends the event, both Shay and the "Vanderpump Rules" team will ensure Shay remains 100 yards away to abide by the restraining order.

There is "no real way" to lift the restraining order before the court hearing next week, according to Rahmani, who said it would only expire if Leviss chooses not to pursue it.

Leviss, 28, acquired a temporary restraining order against Shay, 37, after accusing the "Scheananigans" podcast host of assaulting her. Shay allegedly attacked Leviss over an affair with their fellow cast member Tom Sandoval, who was in a long-term relationship with Ariana Madix. Shay has strongly denied these allegations through her attorney.

Rahmani called the entire case a "fabrication by a known liar and a cheat," insisting that "Scheana never punched Rachel, period."

He also claimed that the supposed dark markings around Leviss' eye had been there for months. Leviss, on the other hand, has reiterated her claims and told a paparazzo on Wednesday that she has a permanent scar on her eyebrow from the alleged incident.

Despite the ongoing dispute, Leviss returned to Los Angeles and confirmed her attendance at the reunion, where she is expected to face significant backlash alongside Sandoval.
