Chrissy Teigen, John Legend Enjoy Time With Youngest Child Weeks After Welcoming Her
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are enjoying their time with the newest addition to their family.
Earlier this week, the 37-year-old model took to her Instagram Stories a sweet video featuring the 44-year-old artist and their newborn daughter, whom they welcomed in January.
In its report covering the social media update from Teigen, Entertainment Tonight said the clip shows Legend looking down lovingly at his youngest child as she opens her tiny fingers.
It noted, as well, that the celebrity couple’s basset hound, Pearl, who joined their family in July 2021, was also in the video, sniffing the baby girl beside the “All Of Me” singer.
John Legend and Chrissy Teigen officially became parents of three children after welcoming their youngest child in January.
At the time, People reported that the “Get Lifted” artist confirmed the milestone hours after the “Cravings” author gave birth to their daughter.
As noted, Legend shared the news at a private concert, telling a crowd that they welcomed “the little baby this morning.”
He is also said to have deemed the day “blessed,” before revealing that while he “didn’t get a lot of sleep,” he “feels energized” after spending his time at the hospital.
The magazine noted later in its report that the attendees of the concert took the news to social media shortly after hearing it from the singer.
Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are already parents to two children.
Nearly a month after welcoming their youngest child, the “Voice” coach spoke to E! News and revealed that he and his wife “weren’t sure” how their two older kids would react to having a new sibling.
Legend shared in the exchange that he “felt like they were a little jealous” when Teigen was pregnant. But, he noted that as soon as their new baby arrived, “they’re just exploding with love and joy,” adding that the two children are “so caring and loving” toward their baby sister.
The “Love Me Now” singer shared similar insights on the matter during an appearance on “The Jennifer Hudson Show” in February.
At the time, Entertainment Tonight noted that John Legend said he was pleasantly surprised as to how his and Chrissy Teigen’s two children were handling the change to the dynamic in their family.
The artist is said to have stated in the engagement that their two kids were “being so good” with their baby sister, later adding that “they have exceeded our expectations of how loving and excited they are” as “they’re truly thrilled to be older siblings.”
