Joe Jonas is recalling what he felt when he asked Sophie Turner’s father for her hand in marriage.

People said the 33-year-old artist reflected on the matter during an appearance on “On Air With Ryan Seacrest” with his brothers, Kevin Jonas and Nick Jonas, on Tuesday. As noted, they shared stories from their proposals to their now-wives, with Joe remembering how afraid he was to ask Turner’s dad.

In the exchange, the “Camp Rock” actor is said to have stated that he “was probably more nervous to ask her dad than I was to ask her.”

He reportedly continued that “it just all mumbles up and then… you throw it out there and you hope that the response is good.”

In the end, though, the DNCE vocalist noted, “Luckily it went well,” as per the magazine.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner got engaged in October 2017, about a year after their first meeting. They announced the relationship milestone on social media, posting the same photo and similar captions.

On Instagram, the two celebrities shared a picture of the “Game of Thrones” actress’s hand with the engagement ring. She captioned the image with “I said yes,” while the Jonas Brothers member wrote, “She said yes.”

Each of the two posts amassed more than 1.7 million likes, and fans and followers congratulated them in the comments section.

At the time, Sophie Turner was only 22, while Joe Jonas was 28.

Months into the engagement, the “Dark Phoenix” actress spoke to Rolling Stone and revealed that she never thought about getting engaged at a young age or having one at all.

Turner shared in the interview, published in March 2019, that she was “fully preparing myself to be single for the rest of my life.” But, she noted that “once you’ve found the right person, you just know.”

The “Time Freak” star continued, “I feel like I’m much older a soul than I am in age. I feel like I’ve lived enough life to know. I’ve met enough guys to know - I’ve met enough girls to know.” She added, “I don’t feel 22. I feel like 27, 28.”

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner tied the knot in secret in May 2019.

Us Weekly recalls in a report that the two celebrities exchanged vows at a Las Vegas wedding chapel after attending the 2019 Billboard Music Awards together.

The following month, the “Game of Thrones” alum and the “Sucker” singer held a second wedding in France. They now share two children, whom they welcomed in 2020 and 2022.
