Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are ending their week feeling “blessed” as they welcomed their new baby.

People reported that the 43-year-old artist confirmed the milestone hours after the arrival of the new addition to their family. As noted, he made the announcement Friday at a private concert, telling the crowd that they welcomed “the little baby this morning.”

The “All Of Me” singer is also said to have described the day as a “blessed” one, before revealing he “didn’t get a lot of sleep.” Even so, he reportedly noted that he “feels energized.”

The magazine later noted in the same report that attendees of the concert quickly took the news to social media.

John Legend and Chrissy Teigen are already parents to two children, who are aged 6 and 4.

The “Cravings” author first made their pregnancy known earlier in August. She took her joyful news to Instagram and posted a photo of herself, showing off her baby bump.

In the caption, the 37-year-old personality shared that “the last few years have been a blur of emotions to say the least, but joy has filled our home and hearts again.” She subsequently stated, “1 billion shots later… we have another on the way.”

Teigen went on to share some of her thoughts about their pregnancy in the same post. But, before concluding the caption, she told fans and followers that “everything is perfect and beautiful,” adding that she is “feeling hopeful and amazing.”

Earlier in 2022, Chrissy Teigen revealed that she was undergoing IVF again. It came more than a year after she and John Legend suffered a tragic pregnancy loss of their son, whom they named Jack.

At the time of the revelation, Page Six said that the model took her news to Instagram, giving fans and followers an insight into the matter.

She noted in her post that she was “in another IVF cycle to save as many eggos as I possibly can and hopefully make some strong, healthy embryos.”

Teigen also revealed that she did not “mind the shots” as they made her “feel like a doctor/chemist.” Even so, she stated that “the bloating is a b****.”

Elsewhere in the report from People, published Friday, it recalled that John Legend spoke to them in March and talked about their family’s preparation for a new addition.

The “Voice” coach told the magazine at the time that he, Chrissy Teigen, and their children were “all excited.”

Legend continued that their two “kids are old enough to really be aware of what’s happening, so they’re really anticipating having a new sibling in their lives.” He added, “And I think they’ll be good at being a big sister and big brother.”
