The issues Kate Middleton and Prince William reportedly had with Meghan Markle are said to be not about jealousy.

Royal expert Kinsey Schofield spoke to Express UK and discussed the relationship between the Prince and Princess of Wales and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. She talked about the “issues” that the two couples reportedly had about one another.

The expert told the publication that the future King and Queen Consort were not coming from a place of “jealousy.” Instead, she argued that it had something to do with the differences they had in terms of their “values.”

The outlet quoted Schofield from the engagement, saying, “William and Catherine's issues with Meghan had nothing to do with jealousy. Their values were just dramatically different than Meghan Markle's.”

But, the royal expert alleged that the case is different for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. She stated that they are likely “bitterly jealous” of Kate Middleton and Prince William, adding that Prince Harry previously told his mother that “he wanted to be King.”

Kinsey Schofield, who founded the “ToDiForDaily,” also reportedly took aim at the former working royals for failing to acknowledge that much of their popularity has come from their posts as members of the British Royal Family.

She told the outlet that “people weren’t lining up in the streets to meet Meghan Markle from ‘Suits,’” adding that “they wanted to meet Prince Harry’s girlfriend and wife.

Later in the report, it is said that the royal expert argued about how the former working royals “failed to acknowledge that the public loved them thanks to a platform that the institution gave the both of them.”

The report, which emerged on Tuesday, did not expound on the claims Schofield made about Kate Middleton, Prince William, Meghan Markle, and Prince Harry. But, it recalled that the assertions come ahead of the release of “Spare.”

The Duke of Sussex’s highly anticipated memoir will become available on January 10. Although details about its content remain scarce, sources have provided claims about the matter.

Speaking to The Sun, an insider alleged that the book will unveil Prince Harry’s “bitterness and feelings of unfairness that by the nature of hierarchy and birthright that he always played second fiddle” to his older brother, Prince William.

It is also claimed that “at the heart” of the royal memoir “lies a sibling rivalry” between the older and younger brother.

Despite the allegations, though, there remains no confirmation about the actual content of the book.

Nevertheless, the publication, which first released the claims on Sunday, noted that Kate Middleton and Prince William have always remained silent about the matter. It is also stated that the pair would respond by focusing on their duties and responsibilities as working royals.
