Emily Ratajkowski recently shared some insight about herself, including trauma and how it affects her. She revealed that she even lost significant weight due to being “unwell,” which she deemed “scary.”

Entertainment Tonight reported that the 31-year-old celebrity discussed the matter on a new episode of her podcast, “High Low,” where she welcomed Mia Khalifa as a guest. She is said to have begun the conversation when she noted that she thinks “trauma lives in the body,” adding that it has been her experience.

Ratajkowski explained during the exchange that when she is “really unwell,” she loses “so much weight.” She subsequently revealed that she was “down to 100 pounds recently” before stating that “it was really, really scary.”

Despite this, the “Gone Girl” actress shared that she has since “gained weight,” noting that she is happy, as per the outlet.

In its report, published Tuesday, ET quoted Emily Ratajkowski from the podcast exchange, saying, “For me, it’s a huge game-changer and how I know I’m happy.”

The model did not reportedly dwell on the details of her weight loss nor share the cause of it. But, reports recalled that it had not been a peaceful year for her, with some citing her recent split and divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard, with whom she shares a son.

In September, Ratajkowski filed for divorce from the film producer after four years of marriage.

At the time, Page Six reported that the actress made the filing in Manhattan Supreme Court, adding that it was contested based on the court records it had seen.

When asked for comments, however, the publication said that neither the “iCarly” alum’s attorney nor Bear-McClard’s rep immediately returned its request.

Talks of a split between Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard first emerged earlier in July. Page Six reported at the time that it was after she was photographed without her wedding ring during an outing with their 1-year-old son in New York City.

A source close to the model later confirmed to People that the two personalities had indeed split, adding that “it was Em’s decision” to do so. She was also said to be “doing okay,” as “she is strong and focused on her son.”

Following all the claims, however, Ratajkowski and Bear-McClard have remained silent about the matter.

Meanwhile, Emily Ratajkowski has since been linked to a few names in the industry. But, the most recent reports center on her ties with Pete Davidson, with an insider telling Us Weekly that they are still “in the very early stages,” although “they both really like each other.”
