Queen Consort Camilla allegedly threatened to leave King Charles if he won’t make her queen consort.

National Enquirer, in its Nov. 21 issue, claimed that King Charles did everything that he can to make his wife happy. But Camilla just doesn’t get contented with anything.

In fact, King Charles also allegedly spoke to the queen about his refusal to be set aside even though he knows that Prince William and Kate Middleton have more supporters.

“He’d already persuaded his mother not to push him aside in favor of his son Prince William and beloved Kate. However, Camilla wasn’t content with being called princess consort, which Charles had promised her when they wed in 2005. Her goal has always been to be queen. But Her Majesty was reluctant until Charles apparently pulled out his ace card,” the source said.

But the source also claimed that King Charles is secretly worried about Camilla because she has been drinking nonstop. As a result, it is possible for the mom of two to derail King Charles’ coronation on May 6.

“That put Charles on red alert. He knows Camilla is a loose cannon who’s fallen off the wagon many times before and caused him untold embarrassment. During one of their marriage crises, Camilla threatened a tell-all book exposing his deepest secrets, including his kinky sex habits,” the source said.

King Charles allegedly knows that he can’t allow Camilla to go rogue right now. After all, the monarchy is resting on his shoulders now that Queen Elizabeth is no longer around.

“Make no mistake, Charles has waited decades to become king, and he wants to cement his place in history. He won’t let anything or anyone – even Camilla – stand in his way,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s unclear where all the buzz is coming from with regard to Camilla being given the title of queen consort.

It was the queen’s wish that’s why the palace agreed to it. And King Charles didn’t have anything to do with the late monarch’s decision.

It is possible that King Charles consulted with the queen and vice versa. But at the end of the day, it is Camilla’s duty and loyalty to the crown that earned her the important royal title.
