Jennifer Aniston allegedly wants a new actor to join the cast of The Morning Show and she’s got her eyes set on Kim Cattrall.

After refusing to star in the Sex and the City spinoff, Cattrall seems to have some time on her hands.

According to Heat UK, Aniston has always been impressed with Cattrall’s acting chops that’s why she wants to work with her.

A source also claimed that Aniston isn’t on good terms with Sarah Jessica Parker. And she knows that the latter is also feuding with Cattrall that’s why it would be great if they could team up against Parker.

“Jen will never admit how bitter the rivalry between her and Sarah Jessica Parker is, but it’s an open secret in Hollywood that they have zero time for one another and that Jen had been wondering how she could keep her upper hand in the TV world,” the source said.

The source added that the people behind The Morning Show have more than enough budget to cast Cattrall. And they are all confident that the latter would say yes.

“Getting Kim on board and a bit of revenge at the same time is just too tempting an opportunity to pass up,” the source said.

The source also claimed that Cattrall is more than willing to accept any offer but she made it clear that she will never work with Parker again. So, this means that there is an even bigger possibility for her to team up with Aniston.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. It’s not true that Aniston wants to cast Cattrall in The Morning Show. If there are plans to tap Cattrall for the upcoming season of the hit series, it would’ve already been reported by more reputable publications.

It’s not also true that Aniston and Parker are competing with each other. They are both good actors and their style of acting is different so there’s no reason for them to compete with each other.

This makes it clear that the tabloid just made up this story about Aniston, Cattrall, and Parker to pit them all against each other. But what’s the only truth is that Cattrall and Parker are the only ones who are not on good terms.
