Demi Lovato recently sparked concerns and worries among her fans after she announced that she will no longer be doing live performances.

According to National Enquirer, Lovato seems to be struggling that’s why she could no longer perform for her fans' lives. And there are also ongoing concerns that she could be drinking and taking drugs again.

Throughout the past couple of years, Lovato has been very honest about her struggles with alcohol and drugs. But she has been sober for quite some time. However, a relapse could happen at any time.

“Demi is so young and she should have so many great things in store for her. So, when she announces she’s giving up the stage, you really fear for her well-being,” the source said.

The source also claimed that Lovato’s exact words were what alarmed her fans. After all, she tweeted on Sept. 13 that things were becoming too much for her and that she couldn’t take it anymore.

“If Demi feels the world is getting too much for her and she needs to give up her performing career at such a young age, you just fear that she’s in a very desperate state. With this announcement, you start worrying that she’s going to withdraw into herself, and her old destructive habits are going to resurface,” the source said.

The source also claimed that Lovato is still lucky because everyone that loves her is still rooting for her to get over this difficult phase. But if push comes to shove, they would also organize another intervention for her.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. There are a lot of reasons why Lovato tweeted that the last leg of her tour would be her last.

First, it is important to note that Lovato has been in the industry since she was very young. So, it’s highly likely for her to already be tired of what she’s doing.

And since concerts and live performances are not easy, Lovato must be feeling too much pressure right now. However, this doesn’t mean that she is relapsing or that she’s close to drinking again.

Since her family and friends are all there rooting for her, they would most likely want her to succeed. And they wouldn’t let her suffer another relapse like before.
