Meghan Markle recently sat down for an interview with "The Cut", where she talked about her life in Montecito, her freedom, as well as her plans now that she no longer works as a senior royal.

New Idea compiled some of Markle’s biggest revelations in their latest issues starting off with her surprise announcement that she will soon return to Instagram.

Markle used to have an Instagram account when she was still an actress. But after marrying Prince Harry, she was no longer allowed to have her own account. Instead, she had a joint account with her husband.

The tabloid also claimed that the Duchess of Sussex showed some very odd behavior during her interview. After all, she talked about the guttural sounds that she made while struggling to understand what she was feeling at the moment.

And just like everyone else, Markle finds it easier to share her life story with strangers than with people that she has known all her life.

When asked to describe what her home in Montecito means to her, Prince Harry’s wife said that when she walks around, she feels free.

Markle also referenced her relationship with Prince Harry as salt and pepper. However, this doesn’t have anything to do with skin color. It’s simply because they always move together.

The Suits alum seemingly threw shade at the palace for expecting her to know how to act, what to do, and what to say. She said that her time as a working royal would’ve been a success if only she was given concrete instructions.

“Where to stand. Tell me what to say. Tell me how to say it. Tell me what to wear, and I’ll do it,” she said.

Markle also revealed that a South African cast member from The Lion King likened her to Nelson Mandela. But according to the tabloid, even Mandela’s grandson denied the comparisons.

She also shared that Archie is now in school. And she gets to send him off and pick him up after. This is something that she wouldn’t have been able to do if she was still living in the United Kingdom.

There are also rumors claiming that Markle will write her own memoir after Prince Harry’s book is released. But she didn’t confirm anything during her interview.

For now, she and Prince Harry just plan to keep reinventing the wheel as non-working royals.
