Ten days have passed since Sarah Hyland and Wells Adams tied the knot. She appears to be embracing her new role as a wife with her casual style on a recent outing.

People said the 31-year-old actress stepped out on Monday wearing a baseball hat featuring the word “wifey.” It is noted that the outing comes shortly after returning from her honeymoon with her husband.

The magazine included a photo of Hyland donning the said headwear. She let her long, brown hair loose under the hat, seemingly complementing the casual look.

For the outing, the “Modern Family” actress reportedly wore an oversized white button-down shirt and a pair of leggings. She is said to have partnered the pieces with brown perforated block-heeled mules and a Christian Dior Book Tote with Toile de Jouy embroidery.

On her wedding day, which took place at the Sunstone Winery in Santa Ynez, California, Sarah Hyland wore two Vera Wang pieces, donning each for the ceremony and the reception.

As Wells Adams and the “Geek Charming” star exchanged vows, she wore an off-the-shoulder wedding dress. Page Six noted that the light ivory silk faille ball gown featured French tulle sleeves and a high slit, alongside the hand-pleated bodice and a sweetheart neckline.

For the reception, Hyland was said to have changed her ensemble into a soft white Italian crepe gown with a draped neckline. As added, the piece featured hand-placed macrame lace and draped Italian tulle sleeves.

The “Bachelor” Nation personality and the “Wedding Year” actress welcomed several guests from the industry, including cast members of “Modern Family.” Among them is Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who officiated the wedding last weekend.

In a recent engagement with Entertainment Tonight, the Broadway actor revealed that it was his first time officiating a nuptial. He also shared that Ty Burrell, Hyland’s on-screen father, was meant to perform the ceremony but had to bow out due to a “family emergency.”

Ferguson noted, though, that he had help from his “Modern Family” co-star to fulfill the role at the wedding. He said he called Burrell and asked for some of his “bullet points that [he was] going to talk about” for the special event.

Elsewhere in the exchange, the “Untraceable” actor stated that he was “honored” to officiate the wedding, adding that he was “very happy to understudy Ty Burrell.”

Sarah Hyland played the role of Haley Dunphy in “Modern Family.” The character is the eldest daughter of Ty Burrell’s Phil Dunphy and Julie Bowen’s Claire Dunphy.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson, meanwhile, played Mitchell Pritchett, the younger brother of Claire and uncle to the Dunphy siblings.
