Meghan Markle is allegedly worried that Prince Harry would be lured back into the royal fold by none other than his own family.

A source told Closer UK that Prince Harry has been feeling a tad bit homesick lately especially since he realized that his life will never be peaceful while he’s in Montecito.

So, when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex received an invitation from Queen Elizabeth to spend the summer with them in Balmoral, Markle couldn’t help but feel anxious. After all, she thinks that this is the opportunity that the royals are waiting for to recruit Prince Harry back.

“It’s a bittersweet invite for Meghan because, on one hand, it fuels her and Harry’s confidence that they are very much still part of the family, but after so much time away, she fears Harry will be lured back into the fold and want to return to the UK,” the source said.

The source also claimed that Markle has no doubts that Prince Harry wants to spend the rest of his life in the United States. But she still can’t stop herself from worrying because it’s still Prince Harry’s family that he will be reuniting with soon.

“She’s been aware of Harry’s homesickness for some time and she can see just how excited he is to show more of his heritage to their children without the attention and security fears that surrounded them in London,” the source said.

But the insider also said that Prince Harry is aware that Queen Elizabeth doesn’t have that long to live so while he still can, he wants to spend time with his grandmother. As such, he will be grabbing every opportunity to be with the monarch.

“So, this offer is a big deal to him and it’s one he’s going to take up with open arms. It’ll be such a treat to spend precious time with the queen and Harry would love to enjoy a pint in a British pub and spend time with his family in the countryside. He’s really missed it,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Prince Harry and Markle will be joining the royal family in Balmoral.

It is not also true that the queen invited Prince Harry and Markle to Balmoral to spend the break with her and the royal family, according to Business Insider.
