Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have allegedly been engaging in peace talks ever since a judge ruled in favor of the actor.

In its Aug. 8 issue, Star claimed that the judge allowed Pitt to see his children more often and this is why he traveled to Rome to meet them at a top-secret location.

Prior to the ruling, Pitt was allegedly worried that he would never be able to see his kids again especially after learning that they will be heading to Rome with Jolie.

Initially, Pitt thought that Jolie wasn’t allowed to travel overseas with their children since they have not reached a custody agreement. But a judge also allowed this arrangement because Pitt met up with some of his kids while he was there.

“The judge cleared Angie to take this job abroad and bring the kids, so Brad’s option was to fly to Rome or not see them for quite a while,” the source said.

The insider also claimed that Pitt wanted his recent meeting with his children to not be made into a big deal that’s why he tried to stay as low-key as possible. However, he was unable to hide the fact that he was also in Rome after he was photographed arriving at the airport.

“He was insistent it was all done with the minimum fuss and as privately as possible. It was refreshingly cordial. He wants to make that right, starting by making peace with their mom,” the source said.

According to the source, Jolie was receptive to Pitt’s attempts to have peace talks with her. After all these years, the actress also wants nothing more than to be at peace with her ex-husband.

Pitt and Jolie are also on the same page when it comes to their kids. They want them to be able to hang out with both parents without feeling that one would be left out.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Pitt and Jolie are already having peace talks.

And it’s not also true that Pitt was in Rome to meet up with his children. The actor was there to promote his upcoming movie, Bullet Train, which will be released in different parts of the world soon.
