Prince Charles allegedly cut his previous meeting with Prince Harry short. As claimed, it came after the former working royal “refused to talk” about his upcoming memoir, especially the content.

Royal expert Neil Sean shared that a “very good source” told him of the matter. He added that the future King “wanted to have a one-to-one chat” with his son, but it ended up short after just ten minutes as he “iced” him.

Express UK quoted the commentator, saying, “[the Duke of Sussex] refused to detail anything about his forthcoming memoir to [the Prince of Wales].” It continues, “... [he] refused to talk about what he put down in his book and how this will pan out.”

It remains unclear, however, whether the allegations are legitimate. No proof has come to light to prove the claims.

Also, Prince Harry and Prince Charles have not released any official statement regarding the matter. This then makes the latest narrative appear a mere rumor and highly speculative at best.

The publication later argued, as well, that there were reports about the Duke of Sussex and the Prince of Wales being on “better terms” when the former returned to the United Kingdom for the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.

The Sussexes’ flight back to the British Royals’ turf in June came nearly two months after the supposed “icing” of the future King to his son.

At the time, a royal source told People that Prince Charles had an “emotional” moment with his grandchildren from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. As noted, “it was a fantastic visit,” adding that the future King was “delighted to see his grandson and meet his granddaughter for the first time.”

The same insider also claimed it was “wonderful” to have the Duke and Duchess of Sussex back in the United Kingdom. The Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall were reportedly “absolutely thrilled to see them.”

The magazine consequently quoted the source, saying, “It was very special to have some time with him. He had not met… his granddaughter, and so to meet her for the first time was very emotional. It was a wonderful thing.”

Meanwhile, royal biographer Tom Bower recently claimed that ahead of the release of Prince Harry’s memoir, Prince Charles and Queen Elizabeth have struggled to contain the rift between the Sussexes and the rest of the Windsors, according to a separate report from Express UK

The author believes, however, that despite the Prince of Wales and the Queen trying their best, “it is just impossible.” He also added that the situation “has been really poisonous” since the former working royals left.
