The insider also claimed that some of the things that Middleton swears include developing a grueling fitness schedule, which includes tailoring your own fitness routine, committing to daily workouts, getting outside whenever possible, choosing mindful exercises, and maintaining a balanced diet.

Since the Duchess of Cambridge is already a pro at working out, her biggest secret is that she no longer works with a personal trainer.

“You don’t need a personal trainer to stay in shape. After years of studying the benefits of exercise and the most effective workouts, she has the confidence to do it on her own. Kate is the first to admit that she feels lethargic if she doesn’t get up and move at last once during the day even if it’s just to take a brisk walk,” the source said.
