Amal Clooney is allegedly fuming after seeing how close George Clooney and Julia Roberts are to each other.

A source told Globe that George and Roberts have always been close and flirty toward each other. And it seems they don’t have any regard for their respective partners’ feelings.

The insider claimed that Amal and Roberts’ husband, Danny Moder are joining forces and putting their foot down.

“Danny’s putting his foot down, saying this will be Julia and George’s final film together – if he has anything to do with it. And Amal has seconded that,” the source said.

The source also claimed that Amal and Moder want to see changes in George and Roberts’ relationship. And until this happens, they cannot trust their spouses fully.

However, George and Roberts are allegedly struggling to live up to their partners’ expectations. After all, they feel so close to each other like a house on fire.

“Every time they’re near one another, for a film or social occasion, they hang on each other’s words, laugh, and joke to the point where it’s a little obnoxious. The sparks they send off could light up a night sky. Word is, they hooked up years ago when they were both single and fancy-free, and they still carry a torch for each other.” The source said.

"Of course, they’re both married with children and totally devoted to their spouses and family life. But they still enjoy a bit of harmless flirting. Julia’s infectious laughter goes up an octave whenever George is around," the source added.

According to the source, Roberts agreed to appear in Ticket to Paradise after learning that George is his co-star. And since it’s her first rom-com in 20 years, she jumped at the chance.

This isn’t the first time that Roberts and George were linked to each other. Last year, there were similar rumors claiming that the A-listers still had feelings for each other.

However, none of these claims were ever proven to be accurate. And it’s also important to note that George and Roberts are committed to their spouses. So, it’s unlikely for them to flirt with each other and hurt their partners.

By the looks of it, the tabloid just concocted this story to make it seem as though there’s tension between the couples’ happy marriages.
