Vin Diesel and The Rock are allegedly feuding with each other. And the history of their issues goes a long way back.

In its July 25 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Diesel’s success already got to his head to the point that his friends in the industry think he’s egotistical.

A source claimed that all Diesel is thinking about these days is how he can beat The Rock in everything that he does.

“Egotistical Vin Diesel is revving up plans for his very own big-screen biopic as the Fast & Furious gasbag hopes to outdo his former franchise co-star and Hollywood nemesis, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson,” the publication claimed.

More specifically, Diesel allegedly wants to dramatize his rags to riches story in his biopic. And he thinks that his life story would sell big bucks.

“Dwayne actually beat Vin to the punch with his own biographical project – the hit sitcom The Rock! Of course, Vin wants his life story to be a full-on movie – and a giant hit – to completely upstage The Rock,” the source said.

The source added that Diesel’s ultimate goal right now is to prove to everyone that he’s bigger and better than The Rock. The only problem is that no one allegedly believes him other than himself.

This isn’t the first time that Diesel and The Rock were rumored to be feuding with each other. Last May, Globe also published a story about Diesel claiming that everyone that he works with finds him arrogant and annoying. And by the looks of it, they like The Rock more than Diesel.

“Vin alienated a lot of folks. He insists on being front and center with every decision, but he doesn’t lead by example. Now, the director’s leaving has been a real shock for everyone since he was popular and a genius coordinator with a great reputation. But evidently, he couldn’t take working with Vin one more day, even if it cost him a fortune to walk away,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. There’s no proof that Diesel is difficult to work with and that he’s egotistical. And it’s not also true that he and The Rock are feuding with each other.

The A-listers have been working together for years in Fast & Furious, and it seems they’re also friends for life.
