Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker reportedly enjoyed a family outing on the Fourth of July.

The celebrity couple “enjoyed a joyride” with the reality star’s two youngest children, using a vintage orange truck.

Netizens caught a glimpse of the outing on social media after Kardashian shared a clip on her official Instagram account. She, at one point, showed her two children at the back of the vehicle, wearing casual attires.

The video did not feature Barker in it. But, Mail Online assumed that the trio was with the artist as one of his reported black Converse sneakers could be seen when the Poosh founder filmed the pedals of the car.

The outing came days after the Blink-182 drummer had a “scary hospitalization” due to a “life-threatening pancreatitis.” While it remains unclear when he got discharged from the hospital, he told fans and followers Saturday that he was “much better.”

On Instagram, Travis Barker broke his silence regarding what went down days earlier. He shared that he had an endoscopy earlier last week, but “developed excruciating pain,” leading to his hospitalization that night.

Kourtney Kardashian’s husband continued that it “resulted in severe life-threatening pancreatitis.” Even so, he noted that he was “very grateful that with intensive treatment,” he was feeling “much better.”

Saturday’s update marked the first time Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker broke their silence regarding the ordeal. They had remained tight-lipped about what happened for days since TMZ broke the news.

The publication released the report on Wednesday after multiple sources “connected to the family” shared some details about the matter. As claimed at the time, doctors believed the condition was triggered by a colonoscopy.

Despite the lack of confirmation, though, on the celebrity couple’s part, the artist’s daughter and former wife seemingly confirmed the hospitalization in the days that followed. Reports noted that they took their well-wishes to their respective social media accounts, even asking netizens for prayers.

Meanwhile, Kourtney Kardashian thanked Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble on Instagram Monday. It comes after the pair sent her and Travis Barker flowers, which Mail Online described as a “beautiful bouquet of vibrant orange flowers.”

The 43-year-old reality star posted photos of the bouquet on her official account. She also tagged the momager and her long-time boyfriend, thanking them for the gift and well wishes.

The photos show that the flower arrangement comes with a card that reads, “Dearest Travis, get well soon.”

Jenner and Gamble signed it, writing, “We love you, Kris and Corey.”
