Speaking to WIRED for its “Autocomplete Interview,” the "Avengers" star answered some of the most searched questions about himself. These include the details of his diet, wherein he confessed to having cravings, like anyone else.

Chris Hemsworth said he has a “sweet tooth,” adding that he is like “anyone.” He also stated that he has a “real appetite and passion for pizza and burgers,” as well as cravings for “ice cream and all the bad things.”

The 38-year-old celebrity noted, however, that despite having a taste for such foods and snacks, he tries to give himself an “80-20 rule.” He then explained that 80 percent is for good and healthy options, while the remaining 20 percent is for the “cheap meal."

As for his actual diet, Chris Hemsworth shared that he eats “a fairly balanced diet.” While he consumes “a lot of protein,” he also takes “a lot of vegetables.”

The “Extraction” star pointed out that he does not eat a “huge amount of carbohydrates.” He explained that his body tends to respond to “lean protein,” so he chooses to consume more of it, alongside “healthy fats and vegetables.”

The Marvel star reportedly “immediately” takes a “large plant-based shake” for his protein needs. This was said to help him for a few hours before taking his full breakfast.

For the actor’s official morning meal, the publication said that it includes a “mix of protein, fiber, and complex carbs.” The most apparent choice for him was claimed to be “three eggs with toast or oatmeal,” alongside some veggies.

Hemsworth then reportedly eats a “substantial portion of red meat” for lunch, and sometimes including dinner. It was added that he balances it out with vegetables and starches, like rice or potatoes.

The same outlet noted that snacking plays an integral role in the “Thor” lead’s daily diet. Some of his preferences were said to include protein shakes, dried fruits, frozen veggie popsicles, and yogurt and berries.
