Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson allegedly purchased their first home together.

In its June 20 issue, Heat UK claimed that the couple had their eyes set on a Los Angeles mansion for quite some time. And since they both have the means to do so, they decided to purchase the most expensive property on the market.

“Kim and Pete are house hunting for somewhere to live once they’re engaged and this could be ideal. This compound is, by far, the hottest property on the market in LA right now, so of course, they’re reconsidering it. It has magical views of the Pacific Ocean and is so private. It’s the ultimate dream property,” the source said.

The source added that owning a $225 million property would make Kardashian and Davidson the queen and king of Malibu. And this would also be a major leap for the Saturday Night Live alum because he has been living in his mom’s basement for years.

“For him, the goal has always been to move out of his mom’s basement into the ultimate luxury estate like his idol, Adam Sandler. But there’s no shortage of super-wealthy types showing interest in the property, but the current owners don’t want someone who’ll come and tear the place down to do a radical rebuild. They want a family who’ll love it. And with Kim’s wealth and Pete’s potential earning power, they can afford it,” the source said.

The source added that the mansion is so big that it can accommodate all of Kardashian and Davidson’s immediate family members.

But even though the plans to relocate and buy their first home sound exciting, there’s no truth to the rumors. Kardashian and Davidson have not purchased their first home and it’s unclear if they have any plans to do so soon.

By the looks of it, the tabloid just made up this story about the couple to strengthen the reports that they are very serious about each other. But even if this is the case, there’s no reason for them to rush into marriage or to even settle down and make a big purchase.

Kardashian and Davidson are just enjoying each other’s company. And it’s not true that they are rushing into making big decisions such as moving in together, buying their first home, tying the knot, or even having a baby.
