Meghan Markle allegedly gave Prince Harry an ultimatum to put her first at the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee or else.

In its May 28 issue, Heat UK claimed that Markle doesn’t care if the event is all about the queen and the royal family. At the end of the day, she wants Prince Harry to remember that he should serve her and their children while they are in the United Kingdom.

“Meghan has told Harry he has to put her first and take no-nonsense on the trip. She’s fully aware that they’ll be walking into the lion’s den when they arrive in the UK. She knows how important it is to Harry that she’s there at his side, but coming face-to-face with certain members of The Firm – who she claimed made their lives a misery – is a horrible prospect,” the source said.

The source added that the Duchess of Sussex won’t tolerate any eye-rolling or snide comments from the members of the British clan. And if something like this happens, she expects Prince Harry to step up and defend her.

“She wants to know, if it came to it, that Harry’s prepared to step up and be that same protective partner he was during their time in England. She wants him to promise he’ll pack up and leave if they’re disrespected,” the source said.

For now, all Prince Harry could do is reassure his wife that nothing negative will happen while they are in the United Kingdom. And he’s also slowly encouraging Markle to start her healing process and repair her relationship with the royal family.

The Duke of Sussex also wants his wife to know that he won’t tolerate her if she’s the one that starts something at the queen’s Platinum Jubilee or if she disrespects anyone.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

Prince Harry and Markle have not given each other ultimatums ahead of the Platinum Jubilee. And it also goes without saying that the couple would stay united during their outing.

In fact, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will stick together while the entire royal family is on the balcony of Buckingham Palace for the Trooping the Colour.

So, it’s unlikely for anyone to start anything negative because they will also give their respect and honor to the monarch.
