Prince William and Prince Charles are reportedly “anticipating” the return of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to the United Kingdom. They are said to be putting on their “brave faces” when the former working royals arrive next month.

Express UK reported that claims were from Camilla Tominey, who recently discussed the matter in “Royal Insight.” On Thursday, she asserted that the Prince of Wales has been rather sad than angry toward “things like the Oprah interview.”

She continued that while the Wales prince is sad, the Duke of Cambridge is both “angry and sad.” But, even so, she believes that both royal-born Princes will be putting on their “brave faces,” after noting that “as was the case with Prince Philip’s funeral last year.”

Tominey, who is also the associate editor at The Daily Telegraph, noted, as well, that the “most interesting” thing in this dynamic does not lie with Prince Charles, Prince William, or Prince Harry.

She said it is the addition of Meghan Markle in the picture because it will mark her first return to the United Kingdom before the public since their exit in 2020.

The royal expert consequently stated that “the body language,” as well as the analyses of it, “is going to be quite fascinating.”

The reports about the matter come ahead of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s flight back to the United Kingdom. The pair’s spokesperson previously confirmed their attendance to the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations, adding that their two children will join them.

The confirmation came hours after Buckingham Palace made an official announcement regarding the traditional balcony appearance during the Trooping the Colour. It informed the public that only working members of the British Royal Family, like Prince Charles and Prince William, along with their respective wives, will take part in it.

This means that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will not make an appearance on the balcony of Buckingham Palace in June.

The June attendance of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may be their first ever joint return to the U.K. before the public. But, they visited Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Charles in secret earlier in April.

On the way to The Hague for the Invictus Games, the former working royals made a stopover at Windsor. Mirror reported that the pair met the Prince of Wales for only 15 minutes, with sources calling the engagement “edgy.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex did not, however, meet with Prince William and Kate Middleton during the secret visit. As reported, the royal pair had other official commitments at the time.
