Prince Harry says he and Meghan Markle “had an amazing time in New Zealand.” He even described it as “an incredible time,” adding that it was “beautiful.”

Express UK noted that the royal-born Prince’s assertions have emerged in a new launch video for his eco-travel firm, Travalyst. He starred in the sketch, where he shared his statements about the trip.

In the material, the Duke of Sussex jogs through a forest before a “rating agent” ambushes him. The agent claims he left a lollipop wrapper from four years ago when he and the Duchess of Sussex visited New Zealand.

The former working royal then insists that the wrapper was not his, leading the agent to state that “it might have been a confusing time” as “it was windy.” He responds to the statement by saying, “I don’t think it was confusing. It was an incredible time,” before adding that they had an amazing trip.

The publication said that Prince Harry seemingly contradicts the recent accusations against Meghan Markle. This comes as royal author Tina Brown alleged the former actress “hated every second” of the 2018 royal trip, which saw the Sussex Royals visit Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, and Tonga.

Writing in her new book, “The Palace Papers,” the expert shared that a former palace employee told her of the matter. As alleged, the Duchess of Sussex “apparently hated every second” of the trip, and “she found the itinerary of engagements ‘pointless.’”

The printed title also quoted the source, who made the claims, noting that the royal-born Prince’s wife “did not understand why things were set up in that way,” according to Cheat Sheet. Instead of excitement, “it was very much like, ‘What’s the purpose? I don’t understand this.’”

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, especially the latter, have since obtained criticisms from experts and royal fans. But, despite this, confirmations have yet to emerge, making them mere speculation.

No word has been heard yet, as well, from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. But, with the new video for the Travalyst promotion, it appears that reports have assumed the royal-born Prince made the claims to quash the allegations.

Prince Harry launched his eco-travel firm, Travalyst, in 2019. Harper’s Bazaar recalled that he partnered with several travel industry giants for the initiative, including Tripadvisor, Visa, Booking.com, and Ctrip.

Upon the launch at the time, the Duke of Sussex shared that they aim to “spark a movement to transform the future of travel.” He added that they “believe in the power and importance of travel,” and that everyone has a “shared responsibility” to Earth and to each other.
