Miranda Lambert is heading to Las Vegas for a series of shows for her fans, and she doesn’t allegedly want her husband to join her.

In its April 25 issue, National Enquirer claimed that Lambert banned Brendan McLoughlin from joining her on the trip. After all, she feels that her husband would just go on patrol duty while she’s in Sin City.

“The last thing Miranda wants is having to worry about what Brendan is up to while she’s working her tail off. Las Vegas is a paradise for handsome young men, and she doesn’t want him to be led into temptation,” the source said.

The source added that Lambert wants to keep tight reins on her husband. After all, the police officer has a long history of flirting and hooking up with women.

“Miranda knows that things could change on a dime with Brendan. So, she’s telling him to stay on their ranch in Tennessee and keep out of trouble,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

There’s no indication that Lambert banned McLoughlin from joining her in Las Vegas just because she’s worried about him meeting other women.

The couple has been married for three years so it’s unlikely for them to have such shallow issues.

Meanwhile, this isn’t the only rumor surrounding Lambert in recent weeks and months.

Last week, Star claimed that Lambert could soon cross paths with her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, and the latter’s new wife, Gwen Stefani.

A source claimed that Stefani wants the exes to go on tour together because it would mean big bucks for Shelton.

“Blake said one of the most fun tours ever was back in 2008 when he and Miranda toured together. He thinks they could pull off a reunion without being at each other’s throats. They hated each other’s guts following their divorce but toured together in their later years and became friends. Blake believes fans would go crazy and he and Miranda could sell out stadiums,” the source said.

However, this isn’t true either. It’s unlikely for Stefani to be this desperate just so Shelton would earn extra cash. The couple isn’t having financial problems to the point that Stefani would encourage her husband to team up with his ex-wife.

By the looks of it, there’s no hope for a Shelton-Lambert concert tour anytime soon.
