Adele and Rich Paul have allegedly called it quits. Star magazine claimed in its latest issue that Adele and Paul’s obsession with each other was just short-lived.

Earlier this year, the couple allegedly decided to go their separate ways shortly after Adele canceled her Las Vegas residency at the last minute.

The business tycoon couldn’t allegedly understand why Adele didn’t make the decision much earlier for the sake of her fans.

“Adele is doing everything she can think of to try and fix things with Rich. She does not want this to end, but there’s a lot they need to figure out,” the source said.

After canceling her Las Vegas residency, Adele allegedly needed all the love and support that she could get from Paul. However, the award-winning singer ended up being too needy.

“Adele became very needy and demanded that Rich drop everything, which he couldn’t. She’s hoping they can find a way to make this work. Adele still wants a future with Rich but only time will tell if they still have one,” the source said.

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt. As of late, there’s no proof that Adele and Paul have called it quits. In fact, the couple seems to be more in love than ever.

If Adele and Paul called it quits earlier this year, more reputable sources would’ve already reported on it.

However, this isn’t the first time that Adele was rumored to be very clingy towards her boyfriend.

In February, National Enquirer alleged that Adele has been smothering Paul a little too much.

“She’s begging him to stay by her side, saying she needs him and depends on him, but that’s an impossible thing to ask of a sports agent who needs to travel for work. He’s had enough. He’s telling her they need breathing room. He’s tired of all the hysteria and needs to be by himself for a while, period,” a source said at the time.

However, there’s also no proof of these claims. After all, no one knows how Adele and Paul interact with each other when they are not in public.

And it’s not also uncommon for couples to be clingy towards each other. But there’s no proof that Adele has become a little bit too clingy for her boyfriend’s liking.
