Prince Harry criticizing Kate Middleton in his upcoming memoir would be “very ill-judged.” This is the latest assertion of a royal commentator, who recently discussed the royal-born Prince’s tell-all book.

Express UK reported that Richard Fitzwilliams described the material as a “problem,” especially for the alleged rift between the Wales princes. He added that he sees no end to the tension due to the revelations that will likely be in the upcoming book.

The expert, then, warned about writing negative remarks about the Duchess of Cambridge for the said memoir. While he deemed it “ill-judged,” he believes that “it is obviously commercially linked.”

Richard Fitzwilliams shared his comments on an episode of the “ToDiForDaily” podcast. He began by recalling the closeness that Prince Harry and Prince William once had before discussing the memoir of the former working royal.

He stated that the problem lies in the possible content of the material. He, later on, pointed out that things have become “very difficult,” especially after the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.

The expert continued that the bombshell engagement was “so destructive, and also open to different interpretations.” He even claimed that the two “were full of inaccuracies,” adding that Queen Elizabeth II had said so, in reference to Palace’s response to the interview: “some recollections may vary.”

But, amid all the speculations about the content of the upcoming memoir, Omid Scobie, co-author of “Finding Freedom,” told “Royally Obsessed” that the book will not include any material “that can be seen as negative” towards the British Monarch. Instead, he will celebrate her, as per the Mirror via Marie Claire.

Speaking to the hosts of the podcast, the royal author emphasized that Prince Harry is “going out of his way” to ensure this. He, also, said that the royal “wants to celebrate [the Queen]’s life,” as well as his relationship with his grandmother.

Scobie consequently said that Prince Harry’s memoir “will shed light on the [British] Royal Family. But, even so, it “won’t be an attack on the institution.”

The royal commentator, then, asserted that the book “is more just about his story,” adding that his life “is so much more than just the few years of his life as the Duke of Sussex.” While it may not contain attacks as “it is not going to happen,” the material will “still be fascinating.”

Random House announced Prince Harry’s memoir in July. The public has since speculated about the content of the tell-all book, which will reportedly drop in late 2022.
