Jennifer Aniston is allegedly anxious at the thought that Matthew Perry’s memoir will soon be released.

In its Feb. 28 issue, Closer UK claimed that Aniston knows that no topic is off-limits in Perry’s memoir.

And in his statement, the actor also said that he will talk about his time on Friends, as well as his addiction and other struggles.

As such, a source claimed that Aniston is worried that Perry will also tackle her relationship with her ex-husband, Brad Pitt.

Aniston and Pitt were still together while she was filming Friends, and Pitt also guest-starred in the hit sitcom.

“Jen’s anxious, and it’s with good reason given Matthew knows so much about what went on in her private life and knew intimate details about her marriage. While the show ended the year before their divorce, Matthew was with her during the breakdown of the marriage and witnessed not only her heartache and turmoil but private details she’s never publicly revealed – which she is now petrified he will spill himself into,” the source said.

The source pointed out that Perry never said that his memoir would tackle the stories of his Friends co-star. But even if this is the case, Aniston is allegedly convinced that Perry would do anything to make sure that his memoir would become a bestseller.

And what better way to make it to the top of the bestseller list than by discussing Aniston and Pitt’s failed marriage.

“And being privy to one of the most high-profile showbiz splits in history, he knows that he will be something everyone will want to know about. While pals have tried to calm her nerves by insisting Matthew would never betray her, she is acutely aware that she’s barely spoken to him over the last few years, and that close bond they shared has very much dissipated. While there’s no big fallout, it’s made Jen feel very much on edge given there would no longer be a friendship to lose if he spilled the beans on her private life,” the source said

However, one should take the tabloid’s claims with a grain of salt.

Perry won’t be talking about other people in his memoir. After all, it’s called a memoir for a reason.

And it’s not also true that Aniston is worried about the secrets that her co-star could expose.
